The Fiscal Year 2024 Consolidated Annual Report on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena, published 14 November 2024. According to ODNI, the report was published jointly by ODNI and the Department of Defense; the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 (as amended by the FY2023 NDAA) required ODNI and DOD to jointly submit a report to Congress on UAP.
